“The studio apartment is in a very convenient location. It is a lovely walk to Yale. Many restaurants just outside the door. My friends, who joined me for a meal, found parking easily. It was a plus having use of a parking pass for Dwight Street. We never had a problem getting a parking spot. We also loved being able to bring our two small pups with us. The bottle of wine was a thoughtful touch. ”

“Cute, clean property good for a visit to New Haven for a single or couple. The area is a little noisy, but that's the price you pay for being in close walking distance to everything you'd want to be in close walking distance to! Would definitely stay again. ”

“We loved this rental. The location is one you might not think is good BUT IT IS. I loved the location. Great coffee shop around the corner. Short walk to great restaurants and it was a safe location. I will stay here again. Also the two bedrooms with two bathrooms is rare and each bedroom with a king bed is super rare. I highly recommend this rental and Joshua was so great and helpful. ”

“My teenage daughter and I were moving my son into his dorm on campus and this location was absolutely perfect for us! Super close to campus and to downtown shopping, we just walked everywhere. Very clean and smelled fantastic every time we walked in the door. Will definitely be coming back!!”
