“Julien at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. We were there for the BTS world tour concert and needed an earlier check-in to get to the venue. We got there around noon and he asked us if we could come back at 1:30 to see if our room was ready. They got one ready for us and we were able to get to our concert. Julian was working the next morning during our checkout making that a breeze.
