Very clean and helpful staff

The price was very reasonable, staff were easily reachable and helpful, location was great, free hot breakfast in the adjoining restaurant was appreciated, room was quiet although small. However, we were a couple, but there was only one supplied plastic water glass and paper coffee cup, and only one each of regular and decaf coffee. The tv volume was initially not controllable, but this was quickly rectified with a replacement remote control. There was a large crack in the balcony window pane. We pointed it out to a staff person as soon as we saw it, and he claimed not to have been aware of it. The bathroom was very clean and quite modern, although the ceiling above the tub was in rough shape. Also, the body wash container was empty.
