Riad a Thun

“C’est un hôtel rénové récemment hyper bien situé tout juste à côté du vieil Hôtel de Ville et du château de Thun. Les petites commodités comprises comme de café et les fruits servis dans les espaces communs sont un plus intéressant. Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Thun certainement grâce à notre hébergement! ”

“L'acqua calda in doccia è durata due minuti e mi sono dovuta fare la doccia fredda. Sul letto c'era solo una sorta di coprimaterasso, non c'era nessun lenzuolo. Servizio reception assente la mattina al mio check out. Ho dovuto suonare due volte il campanello e non ho trovato molta cordialità.”

“Lesson learned - Don't book a stay with a property that doesn't have a single person on-site or on-call to help. By the time we arrived our check-in email from the Guesthouse still had not arrived in our email inbox. This email is the only way in to your room, as it holds the lockbox code which holds your key.
