“The hotel is very handy. Staff in the restaurant friendly and helpful. The first room n. 308 was very nice but unfortunately the air conditioning wasn’t working and nobody could repair it as it was a Sunday. We were moved to another room the day after. “The property was easy to get to via cab, I would not advise you to try and walk it as the road gets busy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was large and spacious, only thing I didnt like was the room had no AC, but a Dyson fan was in full use. The room had no fridge to put your water or drinks, no complementary biscuits, or herbal teas. Other wise I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay.”

“It was amazing lovely host”

“My husband and I stayed here recently while visiting a friend who lives just a short walk away, and it was absolutely perfect for what we needed! The bed was a little more firm that we are used to, but that seems to be a common thing we encountered with UK beds, in general and is not a complaint about this establishment in any way. The owner was very helpful and pleasant, and we would definitely consider staying here again for future visits!”

Had a bar meal fish finger sandwich quite tasty and reasonable value. Break fast was good and cooked to order. All in all a decent place to stay with friendly staff. ”

“The property was on the seafront overlooking the beach, Southend Pier, and the amusements. All of the food outlets were either on the seafront or within 20 minutes walk east or west along the parade or north going towards Sainsburys. Lovely place which i hope to visit again.”

Peccato che nella prenotazione di HOTELS non è stato assolutamente specificato che la camera nostra era una specie di capsule room (penso sui 12 mt), inadatta per due persone e per muoversi con le valigie. Men che meno si poteva capire che questa tipologia fosse diversa da altre presenti in hotel, visto che era una doppia con letto doppio senza altra specifica.
