“Purtroppo la mia esperienza in questo hotel è stata deludente. La pulizia lasciava molto a desiderare: le lenzuola non erano fresche e la camera non è stata né rifatta né pulita la mattina seguente. Inoltre, i letti non erano king size come indicato nella descrizione, ma di dimensioni più piccole e poco confortevoli.
L’ambiente era molto rumoroso, rendendo difficile dormire senza tappi per le orecchie. Anche la colazione è stata una delusione: poca varietà e qualità mediocre. In generale, non lo...

“Hotel gradevole, zona piacevole, vicina a molti ristoranti. Mini golf nei paraggi. Una pecca abbastanza importante è la colazione. Pochissimi posti a sedere, scelta scarsa e non varia mai. Ottima la piscina, silenzioso il complesso . Mi è piaciuto, tornerei sì ma senza colazione. ”

“Pool was nice.. arcade eeh.. rooms booo our bed was hard and not a queen… as an inspector I’ve visited my share of four point Sheraton hotels and this one was underwhelming it just seemed old and more motelish.. distance was the best part along with transportation to universal.. but the resort sharks in the lobby are pretty annoying… breakfast was pricey for the options you got but good none the less overall if you need a place to sleep then book .. if you care for aesthetics then don’t. ”

“Hotel abbastanza datato, camere spaziose ma vecchiotte e maleodoranti. La pulizia decisamente da migliorare, le lenzuola sembravano già usate e le moquette a pavimento sono lerce. Colazione discreta ma è priva di servizio (devi anche sparecchiare a fine pasto). E' ottima la posizione sulla International Drive sia per chi va a divertirsi nei parchi o per chi, come nel mio caso, era li per lavoro (6 minuti di macchina da Orange County Convention Center).”

“The room was good with everything you need, the breakfast was decent. The only thing I didn't like at all was the sale of park tickets by a Universal employee inside the hotel itself. They sold me the tickets at an excessively high price without considering the fact that we live in Florida. Furthermore, we were not told that the park opened at nine for guests of this hotel and since we went in a hurry at 7:30, we then had to wait outside and having had breakfast in a hurry.”
