“Very disappointing experience. The front desk staff had a terrible attitude from the moment I arrived and acted like helping guests was an inconvenience. The room smelled bad and did not feel clean or welcoming at all. Overall, the customer service was poor and the atmosphere was uncomfortable because the lady at the front desk seemed upset and rude the entire time. I would not stay here again.”

“I reserved a non-smoking room, but upon checking in I was immediately met with a strong cigarette smoke odor. The room clearly smelled as though it had been heavily smoked in. I returned to the front desk and requested another room, but the clerk informed me that no other non-smoking rooms were available. After driving for approximately 26 hours straight, I was exhausted and not in a condition to argue about the room. I accepted the room and fell asleep shortly after checking in. When I woke...

“We had a wonderful stay here. We didn't take advantage of the breakfast, but others said it was good. The room was spacious and very clean and quiet. Fridge and microwave. The beds were very comfortable. The pool was clean and large. Unfortunately the hot tub was down for maintenance. Nice touch with the pool table in the lobby. The staff was absolutely fantastic. Truly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again.”

“It needs to be updated. The elevators broke down and all the guest had to walk up and down. The air conditioning didn’t work in the hallways of the hotel, so as you walked to your room up and down the stairs it was extremely hot and exhausting. We had a Jr suite and the refrigerator had old and molded food- so it hadn’t been clean in some time. The air quality was not the best. The staff were pleasant. The hotel itself needs remodeling and the decore was old and dark. I wouldn’t stay there again...

“It's an inn. It was clean, no smells, amazing room service... That lady knocked at exactly 9:30 every morning and moped thoroughly. Breakfast was minimalist and you really can assume that there is none. For what it is, it was exceptional. Parking was great... I was able to park at my door. The parking lot is shared with Popeyes and Dennys. There is a dollar tree, hair store, and a few other fast food chains in walking distance and an amazing Mexican snack shop for deserts about 2 miles away....
