“Had to check out early. Front desk told my husband we would have to contact Expedia to get our refund. Expedia tried contacting the hotel and they would not answer/reply to any of their messages.”

“Overall an excellent stay. The decor is dated, but it is clean and the beds are super comfortable. There was a sign at the front desk that the hotel will be updated sometime in 2026.”

“Do not eat at the Nietos Mexican Restaurant next door. All I ordered was queso and chips. Queso was vivid orange like cheeze whip, lumpy and got cold quickly. The chips are not fresh. Malakoff is just down the road.... The front desk clerk was nice but got impatient because I don't hear well and she had to repeat a lot. Those sconce lights are really bright. Could use a dimmer option. Overall, my stay was good. I would stay there again.”

“Staff was nice and friendly at check-in. First appearance seemed clean, I have never seen so much hair in a cleaned bathroom upon entry to a room. AC was good on low, noisy if on higher setting. Stayed at another nearby hotel several times with no issue but this Bldg is really close to the highway, road noise was loud. Due to issue needed to check out early, staff did not know what cancelation policy was and I got mixed info.”

“Just be careful about getting a hotel a month in advance when there's a event yoy have to attend, i paid for a suite they gave me a standard, the manager said that they gave for a room that price was the price for today, so obviously they sold my room to someone else, very disappointed, one of the pull out couch was dirty, food was nice really kind cooker, me myself, i will never get a room from this location again, even the room phone wasn't working, just be careful for an advance stay”

“I did not stay at Super 8. I was informed a double queen, non-smoking room I reserved well in advance was not available as the people who where in it choose to stay, therefore making my/a room unavailable. I was offered a king room and I said that was not possible, since specifying a double queen was needed. As I booked through Expedia, obtaining a refund from hotel was almost impossible as it was listed as non-refundable. I informed Expedia the situation about informing the hotel of being...
