The additional guest rooms are tucked downstairs from the main floor, providing unique comfort and privacy. One room with a queen bed, private ensuite, and private deck is a perfect personal oasis. The final guest room, featuring two single beds and smart TV, offers an ideal sanctuary for peaceful relaxation.

Included with your rental are six (6) guest cards providing access to the amenities available in Tahoe Donner. Each guest card allows access for one (1) guest over the age of 3. Daily/non-transferable fee for rental guest per person per day. Children under 3 are free.

POLICIES & DISCLOSURES:
1. Maximum Occupancy is 8, excluding children under twelve (12) years of age.
2. Parking for 4 vehicles. Street parking is prohibited year-round.

4. The downstairs queen bedroom closet is used for owner storage. There is a dresser for guest use.
5. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplace is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.
