“Beds are super uncomfortable it feels like sleeping on the floor. Worst sleep I’ve ever had especially for a place advertised as “luxury”. It’s not luxury at all. Very misleading. Aircon is super mouldy and stinks. no proper blankets provided for the beds. Would never stay here again. I’ve stayed in 100’s of hotels and motels around Aus and the world and this by far had to be the worst one.”

“Fantastic stay!! The reception was so welcoming (and smelled delightful) and the staff on the desk were so friendly and helpful. The lovely lady who checked us in remembered us during our stay which was so thoughtful. The lagoon pool is literally incredible. So big and spacious with ample pool lounges.
