“Loved the room. The beds were comfy and my pillow picky husband even liked the pillows here!
Our only complaint/concern was the lack of secured parking.
That being said, this place will remain on our list of places to stay when we come up to Austin to visit our daughter.”

“For whatever reason I was charge circa 300usd extra and they do not respond my messages on hotels.com… I had booked a larger room but informed upon arrival that they had that type of room booked for the first night and therefore I had to be downgraded. Not only I was not offered a reimburse for the night on a lower category room but after checking my account I have been charged extra 287.4$ for no reason. I wrote to the hotel days ago and I still have not received any answer…”
