“Great Location! Clean, nice size rooms. Breakfadt was good. Beware, they have started charging $15 a night to park in their own very spacious parking lot, on top of what you pay to stay there. I probably wouldn't stay again because of that. Which is sad because it is a very nice place.”

“Great stay! I honestly have nothing but good things to say. Parking was a little tight, but we didn’t run into any issues. The staff was super friendly, and the hotel was really clean. Definitely looking forward to booking here again! Loved the location & the walking distance to Downtown Gatlinburg. ”

“We loved our stay! Our kids loved the pool and we loved the views! The rooms are older and there are lots of cosmetic issues we noticed (cracking paint, peeling wall paper, etc), but the beds were super comfortable and everything worked as it should. Prices at the restaurant were high for the food, but that’s expected at a hotel. Our only complaint the whole stay was chicken cooked at the restaurant that was rock hard. Overall we had a wonderful stay and will be back next time we visit...

“We stay here every Fourth of July!! a beautiful hotel with excellent amenities and so close to all the action on the parkway. The guest services are always so friendly and this year we got a balcony room loved it.!! Highly recommend”
