“This hotel was perfect. You walk in the door and it smells amazing. They even have free cookies at the front desk. The breakfast was very good too. Sausage, omelets , has browns, cinnamon rolls . Plus all the regular stuff like cereal or yogurt. Really beautiful hotel with super clean rooms”

“It was ok for a night on the road. Not real clean. Not real comfortable beds. Just old and had a funny smell.”

“The room looked to be remodeled with new floor, new bathtub surround, new sink, new mirror, new toilet, new TV stand and TV. Mattress was not comfortable for me. The phone in the room did not work. Housekeeping was zero. Bath, hand and wash towels were present at check in. No housekeeping on the second day. Had to get clean towels from the front desk. “The first room we were”

“I got there about 11pm and it took a few rings of the bell for them to come out and check me in. Once I got my key, I had to drive to behind the man building and it was kind of hard to see because there were no signs or street lights. Once I got into my room I was hit with an overwhelming smell of fabuloso cleaner. This is usually a sign of a clean space but it felt overkill for the room to still be so untidy. As someone with sensitive lungs this REALLY made it hard to sleep. I ended up having...

“The was pleasant. The room was relatively updated. The carpets truly need to be shampooed and the elevator floor was gross with layers of dirt. The room was ok. There was a bug in the bathroom and the tub was cheaply resurfaced (there was a large patch that covered most of the tub bottom). The tub should just be repaired and the wall paper was pulling away from the wall. I don’t intend to stay here again.”

“We’ve stayed in cheaper hotels that were better than this. There was a $50 deposit for any incidentals and then put us in a room with a caved in wall panel and a hole. I took a picture so we wouldn’t get dinged for it. That was the first time we stayed, we went to Savannah for one night and then came back and stayed 2 more nights at this hotel They again charged us another $50 deposit which was taken out bank immediately.
