All things, except for the blankets required going to front desk, no one available to deliver to room, when bartender was asked for a small cup of ice, you thought we were asking for the moon (very negative response). “Our bed had pizza sauce on it when we arrived. We called the front desk, but it took hours for them to reach housekeeping, who never came. Eventually we were given a new room, but housekeeping did not come the following day either. Overall, there seemed to be little to no service anywhere in the hotel, and the property felt poorly maintained and unclean.”

“room temperature is adjustable with cool and heat. Restaurant in Lobby for dinner is comfortable and good food with friendly service. we ate lunch downstairs at their hotel restaurant and enjoyed good service and a great hamburger ”
