“We didn't get much of a chance to use the amenities because of our short stay and the event we were in TX to attend, however the time we were there, we loved it. The front desk was so kind and got us checked in early which was so appreciated and much needed. We ate at the lobby bar and restaurant and the bartender (our server) Jamie was amazing, and honest in his recommendations. The room was lovely and spacious. We'd definitely stay again.”

“I am writing to formally express a complaint regarding our stay last night at your Dallas, TX location. The room was reserved through Expedia, where the property is advertised as clean and offering beautiful rooms. The condition of the room was unacceptable. The shower curtain was torn and covered in mildew. The bed sheets appeared dirty and had small bugs on them, raising serious concerns about possible bed bugs. The floor was sticky, as though a soda or other liquid had been spilled and never...
