“Guests get a voucher at check in for a few free choices for breakfast and the food is delicious and generous portions. The view of the lake is 5 star.”

“Clean room”

“Waffles for breakfast are good. Pool area is messy and look dirty. Staff closed pool 20 min before time as well. Outside trash was overflowing from both days there. Morning breakfast staff was awesome but second and third shift staff weee rude.”

“The room I got was never cleaned so they gave me another room. It's nice of a hotel, however the woman who runs the hotel is extremely rude. The rest of the staff is nice. ”

“The staff--especially the young ones--were extremely helpful! It was a nice, quiet stay. The one thing, the cleaning people didn't give fresh bedding and did not make the beds when they came by (3-night stay). Maybe that's the Inn's policy and I missed that; at any rate, it's not a deal-breaker. Nor did we get fresh towels--only upon request, at least after the first night. Maybe this was a communication issue with the cleaning people: passing her in the hall, her English wasn't great, and she...

“Self check in I was not aware. Got checked in alright but room was already occupied. TV was unusable streaming everything and WiFi was terrible.”

“Can't beat the price! Clean room, hot shower. Spoke with the on-site manager. It's under new ownership and is being completely remodeled. Rooms have new bedding and towels while they renovate each room. ”
