“Non ho avuto modo di soggiornare in questo hotel in quanto durante il nostro roadtrip ci siamo imbattuti in un evento piovoso che non ci ha consentito di arrivare a destinazione nei tempi che avevamo previsto. Nonostante questo, e nonostante avessimo la cancellazione gratuita fino a 24 ore prima, l’hotel è stato super comprensivo e ci ha reso l’importo della camera nonostante il nostro no show. “When we first got there, the room was clean. Everything was fine. The Jacuzzi was very very dirty Next day we were leaving out to go handle business the room attendant came and we asked her if she was gonna clean the room. She moved on to the next room and rolled her eyes at my mother very rude, very disrespectful We left . When we returned our room was still dirty.we went down talk to staff They made it seem like it was our fault he said it had to be more to the story That's why she didn't...

“Bella struttura, camera grande e luminosa, letto matrimoniale buono, ma il divano letto era pessimo, tipica colazione americana ma con orari troppo ridotti. Bella piscina, lavanderia, piccola palestra, personale carino solo il reciptionist di sera era strano.”

“The hotel was decent overall. I will say the lobby felt more modern compared to the Hyatt. We only stayed one night and had an event before 2 PM, so we requested early check-in, but they weren’t able to accommodate us due to how busy it was. The room itself was fine—nothing special—but the hallways had a noticeable cigarette smell. Our bathtub looked worn down, and when we tried to turn on the water, there was barely any flow. We attempted to contact the front desk but didn’t get a response....

“Staff not friendly Room smelled. Beds really hard. The hot tub looked like full of pee and a weird neon green color. Breakfast sausage and omelettes looked like mircowaved too long and not edible. The waffle maker was great but line too long we left and got breakfast elsewhere. Worst part was all the people on drugs around buliding looking like zombies. We left after 1 night”
