“Non ho avuto modo di soggiornare in questo hotel in quanto durante il nostro roadtrip ci siamo imbattuti in un evento piovoso che non ci ha consentito di arrivare a destinazione nei tempi che avevamo previsto. Nonostante questo, e nonostante avessimo la cancellazione gratuita fino a 24 ore prima, l’hotel è stato super comprensivo e ci ha reso l’importo della camera nonostante il nostro no show. “clean room comfortable”

“The hotel was decent overall. I will say the lobby felt more modern compared to the Hyatt. We only stayed one night and had an event before 2 PM, so we requested early check-in, but they weren’t able to accommodate us due to how busy it was. The room itself was fine—nothing special—but the hallways had a noticeable cigarette smell. Our bathtub looked worn down, and when we tried to turn on the water, there was barely any flow. We attempted to contact the front desk but didn’t get a response....

“When we first got there, the room was clean. Everything was fine. The Jacuzzi was very very dirty Next day we were leaving out to go handle business the room attendant came and we asked her if she was gonna clean the room. She moved on to the next room and rolled her eyes at my mother very rude, very disrespectful We left . When we returned our room was still dirty.we went down talk to staff They made it seem like it was our fault he said it had to be more to the story That's why she didn't...

“Best stay for the price! I frequent hotels often & for the $81 + $50 deposit that I got back at checkout, this was a winner! Nice indoor pool, great breakfast selection, amazing staff, comfy beds!”
