“No frills bed and breakfast. This is the type of place that you book for serenity and for the quiet atmosphere which was perfect for our trip. It is worth noting that you need to make arrangements to get your access code ahead of time if you think you will have delays in your travel. However this process was easy to do. The property is close to volcano national park and also has an enjoyable rainforest environment as well. ”

“A due passi dall'ingresso del Volcano National Park. Sistemazione confortevole, in mezzo alla giungla. I proprietari sono stati molto gentili, ci hanno lasciato una abbondante colazione. Le camere sono accoglienti anche se vista la posizione c'è mota umiditià, ma il posto ricompensa del disagio. ”

“I loved everything about Kilauea Lodge. The lush rain forest surrounding the lodge, the relaxing and soothing hot tub, our very comfortable and spacious room and the delicious dinner at the lodge restaurant. We had a wonderful time!”

“We had a wonderful stay at the Volcano Forest Inn. The large room, access to the full kitchen/common area, the quiet location surrounded by the rainforest, and the private deck allowed us to enjoy a relaxing visit. The inn has a great location just outside the national park. We were able to stop at several places before they became busy. “Location ok, walking distance from black sand beach, not too far from the volcano. Is more an hotel apartment vs hotel. No services for breakfast, dinner, food, supermarket is 20min driving, reception close at 5pm We asked for a sea view room, but, we got a room in a very bad position.”
