“Staff were super nice and friendly. easy and fast check in. I arrived at 3:30pm. Loved the Lobby area was festively decorated and immediately felt in the holiday spirit. Had a little free coffee/tea station 24-7 and breakfast was delicious. Standard breakfast fare but constantly cleaned and freshly upkept. Had a 2 queen room and Beds were okay. Kindof firm for my liking. Everything clean. We faced the front and very quiet. I would Return to Hampton inn Kingston ”

“All the staff were friendly, professional and helpful, however Casey provided especially attentive service, going above and beyond to make sure we were aware of all the services and amenities the hotel has to offer. We very much enjoyed our swim in the pool before dinner and the entire facility is one of the classiest I have ever stayed in.
