“Everything is Dirty. Hair all over the bed and shower.”

“There was no breakfast as advertised. Front desk arez was filty. Junk all over, no where to even sit down. Stairwells were littered with crap. Rooms had no paper cups,tissues. Shower head was ready to fall off. This place should not be on Exoedia. Bathroom fan was extremely loud ”

“It is located very convenient to the center of Healdsburg. The AC units are old and noisy. Realize this is an older hotel that has been updated and pretty well maintained.”

“We needed a place to stay for one night while visiting for a graduation. We found the Regency to be clean and neat but very basic which suited our needs. It was close to restaurants and a grocery store. It worked fine for a short term stay. The rooms are old and could use an upgrade. The carpet needs to be replaced, but the price was right.”

“Great place at a reasonable price when one doesn't require a pool, breakfast, etc. Bed was firm but not hard. Would have appreciated a cushy armchair, but pillows behind my back and the bed sufficed fot my one-night stay.”
