“Communication was fine and helpful until the day of check in. I was supposed to receive a email with codes to the rooms and the front door 1 hour before check in and didn’t receive them at all. Once arrived at the location I had to wait 30 minutes outside with my family waiting for codes that did not even work to get into the building. Finally received a code that worked, within 5 minutes of being inside we witnessed a roach, floor boards were poorly cleaned, furniture was very poorly cleaned...

“Soggiorno confortevole non lontano da Studio City in una zona ben servita e tranquilla. Hotel ristrutturato da poco in stile anni ‘50/60, semplice ma fornito di tutto il necessario. Noi eravamo in una stanza famigliare in cui forse avrei aggiunto un punto luce all’entrata (l’unica luce disponibile a soffitto era sul secondo letto e l’interruttore era vicino al letto, spostato dall’entrata e a metà stanza). Ok la colazione.”

“The hotel is clean and the parking is convenient. The major issue for our stay is the terrible AC noise. The AC compressor in our room was super loud and kind of make the whole room shaking. We can barely fall asleep with that loud sound and ask the front desk can we change one room. Front desk say no and they need to inspect AC at 9 am but we have to go other places at that time. The staff refuse to check and swap room and ask us to try hard. The reason that we wake up whole night is not the AC...
