“Room was clean, property was clean. Room lacked some basic amenities. Good for a couple nights stay. Unfortunately the train comes thru early in the morning, very loud.”

“Good location; rooms are bare-bones but not in a bad way. Walkable to Universal Studios, but beware there is a giant hill to walk up. It can be avoided by taking the shuttle outside the NBC building (I never avoided it). The parking spaces are microscopic, and the night staff is selective about whom they call to move vehicles if they aren’t parked between the lines, so make sure to fold your mirrors.”

“The room was not clean. There were many cockroaches and ants throughout the room. The bedsheets had several stains, and I couldn’t tell if they had been properly cleaned or replaced. Only one sheet was provided, which made the stay uncomfortable. The shower curtain had mold on it and smelled bad. The air conditioner was also not cold enough, making the room uncomfortable.
