Hotel a Valley Falls

“The room was clean, parking was safe, the hotel was in a remote area so it felt safe. My only complaints were that the refrigerator was noisy so it kept waking me up. There was no "do not disturb" sign available so the maid woke us up knocking loudly on our door at 10:30 am after we had a long drive and got to the hotel at 3 am. I like that pets stay free. ”

“We ended up leaving no sooner than we arrived. Not what we expected. Not very clean. 2 rooms 4 Queen beds had hair and stains on bedding. Patches of carpet missing and smelled like a smoking room. Piles of animal hair on the carpet. Outside the room patch of carpet in front of just about every room on floor 2. Rust on bottom of bathroom door frame. The place could use about 5 to 6 deep-cleanings, maybe ”

“Sheets stunk. Dirty. Good water pressure. Noisy. Apple juice was good.”

“Rooms are okay not spacious enough andd water could get a lttle hotter . Staff was nice. Its parking was able to park right infront of my room door. ”

“Awful night. Fire alarm went on twice in the middle of the night. Last room on the first floor closed to additional exit, so you can hear the door closing all night and too much street noise. You can’t sleep at all. ”

“The Inn was renovating rooms, and our room's bathroom was not finished. The room next to us was also being renovated, started at 8:00 AM.”

“Beware of staying at this particular Hampton Inn. The building is not being properly maintained. Wallpaper peeling off in hallways, dirty corners, sloppy repairs noted. It appears to accommodate a lot of traveling construction workers. The room we were given had a very dirty toilet and caulk slopped all in the interior of the sink. We went to another Hampton Inn on the other side of town to see if we could switch hotels, but we could not bc we booked through Expedia. Expedia did call our hotel...

“Breakfast not available for our early flight at 6am. Bed were uncomfortable and the metal frames creaked every time you moved. Could also here the creaks from neighboring rooms”
