Hotel a Valley Falls

“The room looked to be remodeled with new floor, new bathtub surround, new sink, new mirror, new toilet, new TV stand and TV. Mattress was not comfortable for me. The phone in the room did not work. Housekeeping was zero. Bath, hand and wash towels were present at check in. No housekeeping on the second day. Had to get clean towels from the front desk. “The entire stay was horrible. The hotel room smelled horrible - had to go to the store to get candles and air freshener. The breakfast was ridiculous. No choices and the couple of things they did have were stale and expired. Coffee was like tinted water. Ended up driving to Waffle House instead. The people in the room next to us partied all night as loud as they could and staff refused to do anything about it. Ended up checking out at 3am because we obviously weren't going to get any sleep and...

“Easy parking. Friendly staff. Clean property and room. Comfortable bed and a great breakfast!”

“Took three different room tries to get us in a room. First room we were to be in was having an ozone treatment. Second room had not been cleaned thoroughly. Third room which we finally stayed in had a disconnected fire alarm and no nozzle on the water connector. I took a picture of this. Tara who was working the front desk was excellent in trying to help us. She said management was going to offer us a discount but haven't seen it come through yet. ”

The manager did allow my husband to view cameras but the angles of the cameras did not show much so they should either have some kind of security or add cameras to ensure the entire property can be watched or caught on camera. “The room we stayed in was filthy. Ordered a non-smoking room and it smelled like an ashtray. Something that looked like blood on the wall in the bathroom. Sheets and towels were clean but that was about it. When I picked up the key at the front desk - the lobby had the aroma of marijuana. So I assume that the clerk was probably high. paid $77 & some change. Not worth 20$ Do not recommend.”

“I got there about 11pm and it took a few rings of the bell for them to come out and check me in. Once I got my key, I had to drive to behind the man building and it was kind of hard to see because there were no signs or street lights. Once I got into my room I was hit with an overwhelming smell of fabuloso cleaner. This is usually a sign of a clean space but it felt overkill for the room to still be so untidy. “Quick drive to anything you could want. Room and area was pretty clean and the front desk was helpful. Breakfast was a little lacking, but at least there was one. We were unfortunately there for the week when they decided to update their Internet service so that was a bit of an issue considering my husband works from home.
