“Clean room, nice large bathrooms, and the breakfast was really good”

“Room was surprisingly clean even though outside of the room the rest of the hotel had a strange oder. The elevators didn't work. Had to tote luggage to the 3rd floor. the door key didn't work. Had to be moved to a different room.”

“I’ve stayed here a few times. I have a family member that needs hospital care on occasion. This hotel is 10 min from Bailey Medical. There’s a QuickTrip in the parking lot. Rooms are clean and comfy. Staff is FANTASTIC. Breakfast is decent. Honestly cannot beat this for the price. I believe they also shuttle to the airport. ”

“Had a small issue with wet carpet from the air conditioner and called downstairs and they immediately resolved the issue by moving us to a different room.”

“Hotel was fine. Went up there for a softball tournament. Got rained out and cancelled. Tried to get the hotel to refund my second night because I literally had to go back home. They refunded many people's but not mine even with the help of Expedia ”

“The hotel was in immaculate condition. My room was fantastic. The problem occurred when the person who added one day to my stay canceled the Expedia arrangement so my bill was twice what it should have been. I got it corrected, but it took three days.”

“La struttura non e’ come si vede dalle foto. E’ vecchia, le tappezzerie dell’hotel (sedie, tende etc.) sono sporche e vecchie. La biancheria del letto usurata è strappata. Ho trovato anche blatte in camera!! Per non parlare della puzza disgustosa che c’era in entrambe le camere. La colazione inesistente ! Pessimo ! Inoltre in questo momento l’hotel era pure in ristrutturazione e il fatto non era segnalato su expedia e questo e’ grave perché il cliente si trova la sorpresa all’arrivo!”

“The check in process was fast and the staff was kind. However, there was a large whole in hallway ceiling with power cords exposed. It was evident my room was missed by house cleaning. The hardwood floors were dirty with footprints from the last guest. The bathroom had poop on the toilet, floors, and walls, and mysterious items on the floor.
