“Staff at check-in and check out were rude. No sign on door stating no pets were allowed in this area. My dog was carried the entire time but staff were super critical and hyper focused on her presence. Talking to us in a condescending way. The pet fee was $90. Won't stay here again.”

“The drinks could be a little bit cheaper as well as the dinner. I feel like when I was waiting on dinner and breakfast. I was waiting way too long if someone goes to the bathroom in the pool and they close the pool, you should be able to bring your child to the adult pool.”

“Breakfast basic. Nothing hot. Room not so clean but ok. Fitness center is a joke and no ac so more like a sauna. I could say cheap and cheerful is a fair assessment.”

“Had an awesome stay! The room was clean and the bed was nice and comfy. You could tell the sheets were softer than average hotel sheets. The pool was clean and they had towels by the pool. Loved the contactless check in, made it quick and easy especially since we got there late.”

“This is a great value stay on Island. I particularly enjoy the fridge/freezer so I can refreeze the ice packs for my cooler. The bed is very comfortable and the rooms are very clean and spacious. I've stayed several times with no complaints.”

“Overall good accommodations. We had concerns over past reviews about the bed being broken. Contacted them prior to arriving and they made a point to say this was addressed and someone would go make sure everything chexkout out before we arrived. While I appreciate this attemp it was not resolved. We got a message asking if everything was good after arriving. I sent pictures and status of the bed and a few othe things to them after check in but no reply. The bed has a crack in the rail and...

“Breakfast was good. They only had omelettes with peppers in them. So no plain eggs for picky eating kids. They also used one spoon for the eggs, potatoes and the sausage so cross contamination was there for vegetarians who wanted potatoes. The pull out sofa was surprisingly comfy. The shower and bathroom was clean. However, when I arrived one toilet paper roll was almost emptied so having that already freshened up would’ve been nice.”
