“We booked this hotel through Expedia based on the excellent reviews and photos, but our experience was extremely disappointing. The room was old, had a strong unpleasant smell, and was not clean. We informed the staff, but they had no better room to offer, and we couldn’t find another place to move to. The breakfast was very poor - just basic toast with very limited options. “Struttura priva di ascensore. Stanza piccola e soffocante. Il condizionatore era un alambicco attaccato al muro molto rumoroso e poco efficace nel rinfrescare. Nei dintorni c'erano barboni, prostitute e persone con siringhe alla mano. Zona poco affidabile. Eviterei questo hotel”

“Super helpful staff. An excellent value place to stay before catching a ferry to the mainland.”

“Room ok. Did not clean daily. Staff very helpful. No bath in an upgrade for which we paid extra. No continental breakfast. Fairly quiet. Sometimes difficult to understand staff. Would not book again for the $'s charged.”

“The outside property was clean a sun well kept and the room appeared clean. I checked the bed as I was nervous about bed bugs. I did not see any bed bugs but the sheets did not look clean, hair and nails clippings? No sign of bed bugs though. The bathtub had hair in it and it could really use replacing as it is very old and worn out. There was also a dirty towel left hanging on the back of the door. The clerk was very friendly and helpful when I checked in. I do t think I would stay again.”
