“Had previously stayed before and was happy as room was clean and quiet. However on this stay the room was worn out, towels were see through, the room was stale and smelly. the folks in the upper unit talked and made noise until nearly 3 am. Cancelled the next nights stay and moved on. Staff very accommodating through this.”

“Rooms are large. The two Queen Bed with kitchenette had the two beds at the back in a bedroom. Very comfortable beds with comfy cozy bedding. Clean stocked bathroom. Living room/ dining area. Kitchenette was convenient however utensils, pots, etc could use a refresh. One burner didn't work. Freezer compartment on fridge iced up. Although across from water not particularly scenic / limited walking path. Convenient location for getting on highway and going towards downtown Nanaimo or to...

“I like the fact that the motel was self-check in meaning I could explored the surrounding areas-without worrying about trying to make it on time for check-in. All communication was through text making it an introvert's dream. The motel clearly has been renovated recently and looks nice and modern with the amenities.”
