Hotel vicino a Velodromo Saryarka - Astana

“I’ve stayed at hundreds of luxury hotels around the world and I think this hotel, the Ritz Carlton in Astana, might top them all. The staff were incredible, they even baked us a custom cake with our faces 3-D printed on it. They went above and beyond every chance they got. Free gifts, welcome gifts, early check-in, late checkout, I could go on and on. The food is also incredible, the breakfast is amazing and I love how it’s connected to an ultra-luxury mall with all the best luxury brands. Two...

“Everything was perfect, from my arrive to my departure.”

“Hotel di buon livello, nuovo e confortevole, non lontano dall'aeroporto. Ottima colazione e ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo”

“High level structure, very good room, only the shower handle was difficult to operate and I couldn't have warm water to wash myself”

“Colazione spettacolare, stanza super pulita, peccato facesse freddo perché l'aria condizionata si accende automaticamente quando uno esce dalla stanza ed al rientro la stanza é gelata. Unica nota stonata uno degli addetti alla reception si rifiuta di chiamare un taxi cittadino per andare in aereoporto perché vuole vendervi a tutti i costi il taxi "dell'hotel" a prezzo maggiorato. “Prezzo/qualità molto buoni”

“Well positioned, just minutes away from main attractions. Decent breakfast. Wide rooms”

“The apartment was pretty good, clean, bright, spacious. Can be used for a long stay as well as for business purposes. Very nice view. I booked a garden view one. Definitely going to consider it for my future trips.”

“The location of this hotel is a real advantage, just a few minutes away from the main sites, and a 6 minutes walk from a LRT station whether one arrives at the airport or at the Nurly Zul train station. Several restaurants and cafés just round the corner as well proved to be very practical. For 40-50 euros a night a large double room, the price is unbeatable. The only flaw to me was that there was no Internet. Officially, there was wifi, but it never worked.”

“Hotel ben organizzato, con ampi spazi, personale molto gentile”

“clean room, friendly staff, I had everything I needed. Satisfied with my stay”

“I hope the housekeeping able look at the doorplate to know the guests need clean the room or not. And need check the room is enough shampoo and shower gel.”

“So, you are a foreign traveler to Kyrgyzstan. You don't know the local language or your way around. Don't despair. Nurik at Friends will take great care of you. The rooms are clean, modern, and newish. The location is close to some museums. Nurik can help with arranging taxi service for you, as well as pick up or drop off at airport. He can help you to find a supermarket to get groceries or a bank to exchange money at a good rate. His English is superb. And the price was fantastic. When I return...
