“Nice facility, good staff”

“I arrived late at night and expected check-in to be a bit of a struggle, but it was actually super easy and took less than five minutes. The front desk staff was very polite, helpful, and made the process smooth. When I got to my room, I was impressed by how clean it was—honestly way better than the pictures posted online. “Room was clean although 2 of the amenity bottles of soap/shampoo were empty. The staff on the other hand were incredible! Over a 2 week long cross country trip from Colorado to Maine (and back) with many hotel stays in between, the staff here were A+++”
