“Room was not clean, tv did not work properly, the towels were barely bigger than a hand towel with the lowest thread count I have ever seen in a hotel, there was no body wash or conditioner. When I brought a towel down to the front desk the response was terrible. “The real towels are on order and the truck outside has the soap and conditioner it happens you know” Don’t know why I am paying full price for such a lousy experience . Lesson learned.”

“Nice staff, clean, nice older pool well maintained, breakfast in the restaurant next door was free, bar on premise, altogether nice would stay again. Also, very quiet location.”

“Did not have towels in our room after we gave them our used ones, went to the desk to get more and they said sorry I only have hand towels and wash clothes, so we had to dry off with hand towels. The carpet is very dirty, must put shoes on asap you get out of the shower or your feet will be dirt.”

“This property was wonderful and clean. We had two teenage boys who love fishing and we were able to leave them go on their own fishing on the free kayaks offered. The cabins are very quaint and clean. We were able to spend time on the deck and enjoy the quiet time of the outdoors. Restaurant on premises is very very nice and the people helpful and friendly. Will be staying there again soon. Thank you Carmen”

“Vero che stiamo parlando di un 2 stelle. Però … Pavimenti appiccicosi dappertutto. Soffitti in ingresso rattoppati. Camera 109. Moquette sfilacciata. Rivestimento basi letto rovinato. Porta di ingresso che chiude male. Ante armadio che chiudono male. Un cattivo odore proveniente dal bagno e abbiamo chiuso la porta… Non si apriva più!!! Abbiamo provato in tutti i modi, fino a richiedere intervento receptionist. Il ragazzo molto gentile a sua volta ha provato e poi l’ha aperta con una spallata …...

“We stayed at Spark in Erie, PA, for two nights. The staff was professional and helpful, especially Wendy. The hotel was basic as was the provided breakfast. There was enough breakfast to satisfy our needs and those of others. I would describe it as continental with some extras. The room was immaculate though somewhat spartan. “Breakfast stops early at 9 so didn’t have any. Staff nice and accommodating. Bed really comfy pillows were just ok (small and soft). Only one night stand. Room kind of small. I would have rather had two night stands than chair in corner. Good room for price. Would return.”

“This property was fantastic to stay at. It is centrally located to all things Meadville and very walkable. Communication from the facility was great and the check in/out process was easy. Private with ample parking and a pool. While the is no food served at the property, there is a credit to local restaurants for the "breakfast" portion of the stay and we just made our own in the beautiful kitchen on site. We have family in the area and are excited to find a place that we can stay at again.”
