“I was thoroughly impressed with the facility until I slipped and fell on my elbow and knee while walking back to my room. I promptly alerted the front desk about the water on the floor, but they explained that the floor cleaner occasionally misses some water. Surprisingly, there were no wet floor signs, and they only offered to waive the resort fee. Fortunately, I’m not an elderly person, so I didn’t break a hip or something worse.”

We weren’t expecting the Ritz, but it was definitely below the standard we’re used to for the area. We visit family in Kelso 2-3 times a year and have stayed in 7-8 different hotels that all felt better than this location. Our biggest issue was the cleanliness. “It was really disgusting… our room smelled like pee. There were stains on our towels and pubic hair in the shower. Not to mention it looks extremely sketchy and police were patrolling the motel 2 nights/3 I was there for. Very over priced for the quality you get here. I wouldn’t pay over 20$ a night… very disappointing”

“Staff were absolutely amazing over Memorial Day weekend. The location was perfect for getting around town without a car due to the light rail option. The facility was very clean and the rooms were amazing. I highly recommend this hotel for future travelers.”
