“Da evitare, cibo di scarsa qualita, bagni con porta sapone pericolosi in coccio, rotto uno me lo fanno pagare 4 volte il reale costo ed in piu mi prelevano dalla carta di credito piu del prezzo pattuito...scarsa professionalita...inoltre la barca non si è mossa dalla zona turistica piena di barche, poche attivita nelle zone piu belle si consiglia di sceglierne altre a prezzi piu umani visto il posto”

“My wife and I spent 1 night on board of the grand pioneer 2 (February 25, 2026) . Perfect luxury room ( super clean, panoramic view of Ha Long Bay, fantastic food ( brunch with variety choices ) with à la carte menu for supper). Super nice staff. Very reasonable price including all meals with 2 land excursions. Strongly recommend. Pioneers cruise 3 will be launched within the next 18 months. Can’t wait to come back for a 2 nights cruise. Only one downside : February and March weather in Ha long...

“We just returned from a 2 day 1 night cruise on the Paradise Grand. It was perfect. We were tendered out to the boat and I wasn’t sure what to expect. We were met with a cool towel and drink and were well taken care of from the point on. Our cruise was through Lan Ha bay which is a bit quieter and I much preferred it. The cruise boat was lovely and the food was really tasty. It was so wonderful to sit and enjoy a meal and watch the stunning scenery go by. We biked to a village and then...
