“Da evitare, cibo di scarsa qualita, bagni con porta sapone pericolosi in coccio, rotto uno me lo fanno pagare 4 volte il reale costo ed in piu mi prelevano dalla carta di credito piu del prezzo pattuito...scarsa professionalita...inoltre la barca non si è mossa dalla zona turistica piena di barche, poche attivita nelle zone piu belle si consiglia di sceglierne altre a prezzi piu umani visto il posto”

“Esperienza unica, appena arrivati al Lot 34 hanno ritirato i nostri bagagli (ce li hanno fatto trovare fuori la porta della nostra stanza) ed abbiamo effettuato il check in con drink di benvenuto. Dopodiché siamo stati trasportati da una piccola imbarcazione alla nave, dove siamo stati accolto in maniera unica dal personale. Stanza bella con balconcino esterno e vasca da bagno. Cucina eccellente. Da ritornare ”

“Room itself was clean, bed very comfortable and an amazing view, however the bathroom needs to be cleaned better. We found some bugs and mould on the grout. Staff were very good, activities were well organised. No sun loungers on the sun deck, which is a shame, as they definitely have the space for some. The food was excellent, fresh and very tasty, however the fact no drinks were included meant we felt slightly ripped off, especially given the prices. ”

“The boat was superb. Brand new and service was excellent. Food really nice. We were upgraded to this ship on the day when travelling to the port which was a bit concerning but all good in the end. We ended up on a better boat so very nice. Trip was excellent. The only reason I didn’t mark it overall as a 5* was the cost but we got what we paid for. So if you want a luxurious trip to Halong bay I’d recommend this trip ”

“The ship was excellent as were all the staff. The only negative is the amount of plastic and other garbage in the water of the bay. The cruise people should hire the sampan beer ladies as collectors and pay them per kilo recycled.”
