“Clean room. Staff helpful. Recommend getting a room with the ocean view and balcony. Bar area is great. Valet’s are fast and helpful. Property could be maintained a bit better. Dirty furniture, carpet and stained pillows in reception area. Poorly maintained gates to enter pool area. Games outside in poor condition ie. Corn hole bags with no corn in them to play. Great location.”

“The staff was very helpful and courteous. The hotel was clean and breakfast was included. However, the vending machines did not work, the elevators were slow when they worked. We walked up 7 flights of stairs several times because we couldn’t continue to wait on the elevator. Parking was $15 a day despite our reservation saying $5 a day. Not earth shattering but wanted anyone staying here to be aware. I’d stay here again for easy access to the beach and shopping.”

“Everything was great there except the elevator hardly worked and they had to fix it several of times. Also when it does work it takes a while for it to get to ur floor because there is only one elevator in the building. Other than that, everything was great”

“I would definitely book this location again. Really close to the beach, available luggage carriers, and someone assisting with opening the door for us as we brought our belongings in for the stay.”

“Our room was at the top of the stairs, it was very loud from people coming in, we could hear traffic pretty much all night. There was a very bright light outside of our room that lite up the room like it was daylight.”

“I never leave reviews but this hotel deserves one. Got married and my husband and i decided to do a mini moon here. And we both give it a 10 outta 10 in every category!! Customer service, cleanliness, food, amenities, convenience. We have decided to come back each year for a weekend we enjoyed it that much!”

“I barely survived my stay, I wanted to checkout and just go someplace else but my other guest didn’t want to go through the confusion. The floors were filthy, the washing machine didn’t work it stopped mid wash and I had to wring out all my clothes and put them in the dryer. The staff said it was nothing they could do to call the number on the machine. It was a no smoking room but there were tips of blacks all over the patio that I cleaned up so they wouldn’t assume we did it. The refrigerator...
