Chalet a Virginia Beach

“It was stains on my room floor, bathroom floor wasn’t clean. No wash cloths in room went to desk at 6:30am in morning to inform front desk they told me that I would have to wait until 8am when housekeeping came in which made me very upset because I had somewhere to be but I was unable to shower due to not having wash cloths available. I was not satisfied with my room!”

“My room was oceanfront. The room was clean with a supply of towels. The coffee maker was nice, but I have gotten used to pods.”

“Room decor was older, not enough rooms with 2 beds, fitness bathroom was dirty everyday, refused late checkout but said they’d rent the room to me another night so vacancy was there, gym had little equipment and dumbbells only went to 50# and there were no sanitary wipes the 4 days I was there so things had to be dirty. IMO, this place is living off proximity to the sports complex and doesn’t care about upkeep. Will just stay elsewhere next year. ”

Prenotato con Hotels.com sono riuscito a fare il check out in anticipo. l'hotel, seppur garantiva il refund, ha addebitato un importo molto alto”

“Always a fantastic ocean view and kind accommodating stuff specially the couple in charge of room service on the 5th floor Mack and Urmi they were very sweet remarkable with the service provided. We love this hotel we were happy to get a good deal this time but in the summer it can get very pricey.”
