“The hotel in general wasn’t very clean. The balcony was so dirty that any time spent there without shoes resulted in filthy feet. The maid service missed three straight days in our room and explained that if we had the “do not disturb” sign out they would skip it. We NEVER had the sign out. Worst part was the three nights when the temperature dropped into the high 30s low 40s and the heat in the hotel wasn’t working at all. We were told the boss had left for the weekend and wouldn’t be back...
