“Pool was closed and that was not revealed until after reservation was made. When I made the reservation I was told that the breakfast buffet was included but actually it is $ 15.00 per person. There was no conditioner in our bathroom and I asked for it twice but it was never provided.”

“I was very comfortable in my room. It was really clean and I had everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again!”

“We had a two day stay. Checking in was pretty easy. Our room had to see better days. The mattress had stains on it, the ceiling looks like something exploded on it and walls looked like they were in the middle of taking down wall paper. The bathtube/shower had rust. The beds were somewhat comfortable.”

“Overall good property. It has some wear but was very clean. Had nice outdoor ammenities but was not really a focal point. Could be tidied up. Pet friendly is huge plus and those with dogs were respectful of others. Oddly, we ended up with an accessible room. The bathroom was accessible in terms of grab bars and plenty of space in the bathroom. This was not a lowered sink but could probably work for a person using wheels. The door bell, however did not work. The dining table would have to move...

“The staff was friendly, the breakfast was satisfactory. The cleanliness of the room (bathroom) was suspect. The tv was outdated and the controller was complicated and aged.”

“Huge holes in the ceiling, buckets full of water sitting everywhere. No pool or hot tub as advertised. Road to the facility has huge potholes. Very outdated rooms and furniture. Only 1 elevator and 1 luggage cart. Had to carry everything up three flights of stairs or walk what seemed like a mile. At one time, it was probably a nice place, really needs upgrades. Wouldn’t recommend it in its current condition.”

“Stay was okay! Was a little disappointed when we asked ahead of time for a room closer to the stair well or on the first floor for ease of taking my dog out but we ended up with a room in the middle of the 2nd floor. After the first night the A/C unit made crackling/popping noises the first night and somehow leaked water below it so the floor was soaked and got my girlfriend’s suitcase soaked. Had to then switch rooms and the best they could do was move us to the 4th floor. Not the easiest...
