“The hotel at Richmond was great but we than booked from 26 to 28 July the Kimpton Monaco at Washington, arrived at hotel but they haven’t seen any booking from you although you’ve sent me your confirmation Itinerary # 72617050417071 This is very bad surprise tks”

“Sinceramente, ci aspettavamo meglio da un Hotel della catena Holiday Inn express. Il bagno non era pulito come si deve e la colazione non era all’altezza di un Holiday express. Siamo arrivati con 30 minuti di anticipo rispetto all’orario del check-in e nonostante l’hotel fosse vuoto, c’è stato detto che dovevamo ritornare mezz’ora dopo.”

“I did not enjoy that much staying here Not so clean in the common area Gym with many things broken Pool small and not possible to swim in it Strange smell in the pool area Perfect for sleeping and go to the airport otherwise not good”

“The staff was so helpful and friendly, as were the folks in the attached restaurant. The woman managing the morning breakfast for our two mornings was helpful and friendly. Our room was so comfortable and nicely appointed. If there had been a night light in the bathroom, I would declare this hotel perfect for our nights on the road.”
