Hotel vicino a Richmond Slavery Reconciliation Statue - Richmond

“The iron was broken, called the front desk and they got me a replacement right away. However, after returning to my room from an event (around 8:30pm) the rug was soaking wet. I called the front desk, was told I would get moved into a new room within 15 min. That did not happen as when I called back they did not have an open room that was the type I had booked. Finally around 10pm I was put in a proper room. The front desk receptionist did her best to help but as she could not get in contact...

“Great”

“The hotel at Richmond was great but we than booked from 26 to 28 July the Kimpton Monaco at Washington, arrived at hotel but they haven’t seen any booking from you although you’ve sent me your confirmation Itinerary # 72617050417071 This is very bad surprise tks”

“Perfect location downtown. Easy check-in. Rooms comfortable and very clean: excellent! Coffe and tea in the lobby: wonderful... And romantic atmosphere. Thanks all the stuff.”

“The worst Hilton property I have ever stayed on. The entry door would not close on its. In order to close it I had left up in the door handle with my had and shoulder and force it closed. The bathroom door would remain open on its own. I have to shove two magazines between the door and the door jam to keep it open. The lights in the bedroom almost nonexistent. The food at the connecting restaurant was horrible.”

“Everything was great !!”

“Buena zona”

“Everything was fine except breakfast was lousy and they ran out some food items more than 30 minutes before end time. Well below Residence Inn breakfast quality expectations that we have been accustomed to (comparing with other Residence Inns). Understand this hotel - only a year old - they must improve in this area. Would go to other Richmond area Residence Inns, but not this one.”
