“Staff from front desk to concierge, bellmen, TJs bartenders and housekeeping were all wonderful. Property was impressive and meals at Lemaire were excellent. We felt pampered. Love the hotel and staff. ”

My stay was only marred by the very noisy family next door -- and the fact that I could hear the kids arguing late at night through the shared wall. Not really the Commonwealth's fault but the one reason I gave 4 rather than 5 stars. (I could also hear the elevator dinging outside my door.)”

“Sinceramente, ci aspettavamo meglio da un Hotel della catena Holiday Inn express. Il bagno non era pulito come si deve e la colazione non era all’altezza di un Holiday express. Siamo arrivati con 30 minuti di anticipo rispetto all’orario del check-in e nonostante l’hotel fosse vuoto, c’è stato detto che dovevamo ritornare mezz’ora dopo.”

“Very nice hotel at a good price in a downtown Richmond location. The desk staff were super nice and very helpful. They have a very interesting elevator system where you touch the screen for the floor you want. When we were in the parking garage, it took me a while to figure out how to get to the lobby (which has its own logo at the bottom of the numbers). It is nice though because you typically have the elevator to yourself. The breakfast was simple, but good. The beds were comfortable, but I...

“Our room was dark because there was only one light in the entryway and two small lamps above our beds. The breakfast every morning was great!”

“The hotel and staff were great! Particularly liked Landi and Molly. The mini fridge in the room wasn't plugged in when we got there, but that is seriously the only thing that was slightly off. Great stay.”
