“Beautiful, great staff”

“Great location, friendly staff, and spacious rooms. My stay was only marred by the very noisy family next door -- and the fact that I could hear the kids arguing late at night through the shared wall. Not really the Commonwealth's fault but the one reason I gave 4 rather than 5 stars. (I could also hear the elevator dinging outside my door.)”

“The hotel at Richmond was great but we than booked from 26 to 28 July the Kimpton Monaco at Washington, arrived at hotel but they haven’t seen any booking from you although you’ve sent me your confirmation Itinerary # 72617050417071 This is very bad surprise tks”

“Great location for exploring downtown Richmond and Shockoe Bottom. Comfy bed. New and fresh and clean. Great breakfast room. ”

“Sinceramente, ci aspettavamo meglio da un Hotel della catena Holiday Inn express. Il bagno non era pulito come si deve e la colazione non era all’altezza di un Holiday express. Siamo arrivati con 30 minuti di anticipo rispetto all’orario del check-in e nonostante l’hotel fosse vuoto, c’è stato detto che dovevamo ritornare mezz’ora dopo.”

“The front desk staff was very polite and enthusiastic, providing us with attentive and thoughtful service. This hotel offers excellent value for money, and he even arranged an extra room for the three of us.”

“Requested a non-smoking room and received a smoking room. The elevators did not work and was on the 3rd floor. If you need to extend do it via Expedia they have much higher in house rates. The room was partially cleaned had stained floors and the table was stickey. Would not recommend you absolutely get what you paid for and no more. ”

“Really dirty room, not soundproof at all next to big road. Door didn’t shut all the way, stained sheets.”

“For starters, they asked me for a $50 deposit when it’s not even on the site so I did it and when I checked out, they gave me a refund for 4750 on my debit card when I checked my account was on there when I went back today, they took it. The rooms are filthy. The bed look like someone has slept in it and they just made it up it was stained the washcloths and towels are stained. The room wasn’t clean and not to mention the carpet in the bathroom and nail sticking out of it do not go to this...

“There’s no 24/7 front desk, elevator was not working ( don’t know for how long). My room was in the fourth floor ! . The stairs are dirty. The hallway stinks with cigarette smoke. The lightbulbs on my nightstand were not working. The bed is not comfortable.”
