“Sinceramente, ci aspettavamo meglio da un Hotel della catena Holiday Inn express. Il bagno non era pulito come si deve e la colazione non era all’altezza di un Holiday express. Siamo arrivati con 30 minuti di anticipo rispetto all’orario del check-in e nonostante l’hotel fosse vuoto, c’è stato detto che dovevamo ritornare mezz’ora dopo.”

“Very nice hotel at a good price in a downtown Richmond location. The desk staff were super nice and very helpful. They have a very interesting elevator system where you touch the screen for the floor you want. When we were in the parking garage, it took me a while to figure out how to get to the lobby (which has its own logo at the bottom of the numbers).
