Hotel vicino a Virginia Civil Rights Memorial - Richmond

“The hotel itself is charming with a lovely courtyard and it is walking distance to several excellent restaurants. We were there on a weekend and they may have been short staffed but our room wasn’t serviced even though I was assured it would be. The main problem was that the room itself was tiny. There was only one chair and no desk or table. The TV was on the far wall and the only way to watch it would have been to stand in the doorway to the room.”

“Everything was clean and the staff did a great job. But the guest know that you don’t have a parking lot or a pool 🏊‍♂️ I saw on the advertisement that there was a pool, but when we checked in. We found out that there was no pool 😢. Other than that everything was great. Thanks.”

“It has been 35 years since we last visited this property. My wife and I were excited to be able to visit it again and see all the wonderful upgrades!”

“Sinceramente, ci aspettavamo meglio da un Hotel della catena Holiday Inn express. Il bagno non era pulito come si deve e la colazione non era all’altezza di un Holiday express. Siamo arrivati con 30 minuti di anticipo rispetto all’orario del check-in e nonostante l’hotel fosse vuoto, c’è stato detto che dovevamo ritornare mezz’ora dopo.”

“Room was clean and stocked with essentials. The staff at the front desk was very accommodating and friendly. The continental breakfast had a nice variety of options and well prepared. We will definitely come back!!”

“Staff was great. Since we had a 6 a.m. flight we brought our own breakfast. However we were dismayed that morning when we took our food out if the fridge and it was warm. Out of caution, we had to throw it away. Not happy about that.”
