“Sinceramente, ci aspettavamo meglio da un Hotel della catena Holiday Inn express. Il bagno non era pulito come si deve e la colazione non era all’altezza di un Holiday express. Siamo arrivati con 30 minuti di anticipo rispetto all’orario del check-in e nonostante l’hotel fosse vuoto, c’è stato detto che dovevamo ritornare mezz’ora dopo.”

“We only stay over night between flights. We were extremely impressed by the staff. Every encounter was friendly, polite, helpful, and welcoming. Both shuttle drivers were beyond pleasant. Desk staff smiled, had pleasant personalities, and were extremely helpful. The restrooms (in room & in lobby) were clean and stocked. Housekeeping held open elevator doors while wishing us a pleasant evening. The room was clean, neat and stocked. All employees treated these two weary, tired and frazzled...

“By far 1 of the cleanest hotels I’ve been to in a minute. Each glass and dish was wiped down to perfection. Called the front desk 1 time for more sheets and they were there in 30 seconds. I said well d***! lol. Great service. Just let people know that parking is additional instead of just charging cards.”

“One of the nicest airport hotels I have stayed at. The room was huge, clean and comfortable! Bar and restaurant open until 11pm. Nice exercise and pool. Starbucks in lobby area. 5 minute shuttle to airport. I will stay here again on future trips to the Richmond Va. area.”

“The property was clean. I stayed in a suite with a pull out bed and a king bed in a separate room. It’s spacious. However the air worked in the room with the king bed and did not work in the other room where my kids stayed. It was a big inconvenience because we had to sleep with our door open to the kids room. I went to the front desk and the associate was informed of the issue . The thermal was set at 64 and the room was 77 degrees. Mind you it was 90 degrees outside. She explained that...
