“We stayed in a twin room in the older part of the building....it was very disappointing! The mattress was the most uncomfortable that i have ever slept on, it must jave been the cheapest matress you could buy, all the springs had gone in it and lots of dips and hollows, i had to lay the bath towels on top of it to try and stop the springs from digging into me! “Had previously read the reviews for the hotel and decided to give it a go. On arrival friendly welcoming. Got to room, smelt a bit of smoke. TV the size of a small PC monitor. Outside light on all night lighting up the room even with curtains closed. In the morning no heating until 0645. Tried to have a hot shower, no hot water despite running water for 5 minutes. ”
