“The price was good. The room was adequate for the price. Only one hard chair to sit on. Refrigerator was not particularly clean and the water pressure was very low. My reservation was not accepted when I got there. They had the reservation but couldn't honor it because, I was told, that they didn't have enough staff to get all the rooms cleaned. “The property needs to be updated ! There was trash overflow and the 3 rd floor smelled. We didn’t even have a hair dryer in our room and when we asked for one and a couple more wash cloths we never received any ! We will NEVER stay at this place again. There wasn’t an ice bucket in the room either and our window blinds were torn and didn’t work. The front desk wasn’t ANY help ! Save your money people, look elsewhere !”

“The first issue was upon check in. The desk clerk asked a a credit card to charge for the room. I told him I had already paid, but he wanted a card. After I gave it to him, and he gave me a receipt, he realized his mistake and said oh yes, I see it was paid previously. He said he would credit my card, but it would take 3-5 business days. Hotel had a strange odor. The bar-lock on our door was broken off. A lampshade had vulgar words written on it. A light fixture had no cover. The steps going to...

“Bed was very comfortable. Couch and pull out part weren’t great. Couch was very old and had a cover wrapped on it. When we arrived someone was smoking on our floor and it smelled terrible, staff took care of situation quickly and cleared the smell out. They were all great and helpful.”

“Tiny bathrooms with less than great cleaning. Stained pillowcases and sheets. Air conditioning was cold. Glad I only was there to sleep for a few hours and not spend a lot of time there. I would not have stayed more than one night.”

Breakfast was included and convenient, and the hot water was consistently warm. Overall, everything I needed was provided and I would consider staying again.”
