“It was a nice room with great staff and clean. I gave it four stars because the bed in the king sized suite was hard and springy ( and I prefer med and squishy ) but no other complaints .”

“As soon as we arrived to the room I entered the bathroom and the toilet was clogged so my boyfriend called front desk around 15 minutes later a maintenance guy came to the room and looked at the toilet in master bathroom but he forgot his plunger so he went to get it. 25 minutes later he came back I was in the other bathroom and without knocking he walks in on me I was nude we mentioned this to the front desk assistant manager and they said they would speak to this person. “Great hotel and great location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only complaint is that the cleaners used Pinesol that didn’t seem to be diluted and the small was very strong. Otherwise, it was great and I would stay here again.”

“The staff member at check-in could've been more welcomin. Breakfast could've had more options and the gentlemen overseeing the breakfast should at least wear disposable gloves. Coffee was a bit watered down and many of the creamers had chunks in them. Room servicio was not often enough and the shower curtain wouldn't stay in place. We won't be back.”

“Room was clean although furniture was beat up. Outside of building had damage to a/c vents and trim; some windows were cloudy indicating they'd lost their seal. Breakfast experience was poor. Juice machine had off-flavored juice. Waffle mix was separated or not mixed properly. No brewed coffee, only instant coffee machine which produced 'not-coffee'. Breakfast was a disappointment. Lobby was clean, fresh carpet in hallway and room. Renovations were underway on the property.”

“Expensive without any significant amenities such as complimentary breakfast nor parking. Rooms small and housekeeping at my location was not good. Had to call and chase down room attendant every day of my 3 night stay. Room coffee maker was sub par as were the bath towels which were flimsy. I, personally, expected much better from the Marriott brand. Rooms were also noisy from slamming doors, even heard next room’s TV.”
