“This experience has been really bad.... We were supposed to have a nice garden view room... instead we got a room on the parking with view on the delivery trucks..,, and hearing all people coming and going”

“Slept most of the time so I’m not sure if they had anything outside of the room like a pool or sauna, However they do have Parking which you can pay for which is $25 a night/day or they have free on street parking right outside from Friday night to Sunday.”

“Always enjoy my time here...it is budget snd thsts ehst yiu get, BUT, it is extremely clean, modest, comfortable beds and a roof over your head. Helena the host/owner is organised, super friendly and a delight to meet. This was my 3rd stay here while in Auckland and I will be back”

“It was my first time staying in a cottage, and it turned out to be a very pleasant experience. The interior was beautifully done, with a kitchenette and a cozy living room featuring a fireplace (though we didn’t use it). There’s no restaurant on-site, but there’s a hunting lodge restaurant right next to the cottage, which was convenient. Si raggiungono i ristoranti di Ponsonby a piedi in pochi minuti, il centro cittá in una ventina (in salita al ritorno). Davanti alla struttura c'è anche la fermata dell'autobus, davvero in posizione strategica!”

“Cooking amenities lacking. Only 2 frying pans and 1 very small pot. One pan you could not use . It was so scratched that it was unsafe to cook in. Teatowel had holes in it. Fridge had last guests food still in it. Had to buy pegs to hang laundry. Washing machine on button was broken, thankfully they had another machine next to it. Rubbish bins were full.
