“The place was great. Stayed here for a local family reunion. Would recommend. Desk Staff was very helpful when it came to check in, as I had an issue with my booking (my bad i booked the wrong month!). But she was very professional, understanding, and helpful to the situation. I was able to rebook, luckily they were not full to capacity. And I got a refund for the original booking a few days later. The breakfast selection was good. 24 hour coffee and hot chocolate station. Best cinnamon...

“Upon our arrival we were greeted by a sweet young woman who within minutes had found our reservation. Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable.”

“The breakfast was decent. The 1st room had rust in the bathroom under the sink and the hallway smelled. The second room was more clean but had an issue with the heating. My stay wasn't terrible but I did not enjoy my stay.”

“When we showed up check ins started at 3pm. We arrived at 4.15 but our room wasn't ready. Waited for a while and talked to a different person that put us in a different room right away. Room was very nice and I recommend this motel.”

“The whole hotel smells like dog poo. I wouldget a steam cleaner to clean the carpets in the hallways and that would make it much nicer. The rooms are not bad, cold AC and good shower, but the smell in the hallways is pretty bad.”

“The room was clean from top to bottom. The room was well organized. A place for everything and everything in its place. The breakfast items were hot and well cooked. The scrambled eggs tasted remarkably good and the bacon was crispy, but not burnt. The staff members were very cordial and extremely helpful. My one night stay at Best Western Plus in Anderson, Indiana was an A+ visit, all the way around.”
