“Room and bathroom was clean. The decor was dated and couch was dirty as well as curtains, window frames had mold. Continental breakfast was lacking, no eggs, sausages undercooked not appetizing, only fruit was an apple. Countertop and tables were dirty.”

“I was in communication with the hotel for two weeks about coming and having a little party for our adoption, they advertise an indoor pool but then when there’s weather outside, they wanted to close the pool for thunder so if it’s not truly indoor, they need to disclose that.
