“This was an amazing place all new appliances perfect location just a mile from the state boat launch, we brought a baby gate to keep our pets in the yard and kept our 23ft boat on the dock. The property was the most well stocked we have ever stayed at. The dock is far enough out and the depth was about 4-5 feet at the end of the dock. Bed was very comfortable views couldn’t be beat! If we had one small complaint it would be that the dock needs cleats. Perfect place for a getaway on the lake...

“Plenty of space! Clean! The batteries in a remote were not working, host sent a local delivery service with replacement batteries and a chocolate cake! Great communication! It was a rainy weekend but there was plenty of indoor activities especially in the game garage. Would definitely book again!!! Thank you for an awesome stay!!!”

“This place is a gem!! We used it as our base camp for the Letchworth State Park but I wish we could have spent more time at this home.Brandon, Bethany and their family have created a very innovative, whimsical place for us travelers to relax and make memories. You have more than the basics, a kitchen that is loaded with every device you could need to cook up a feast, comfortable beds , immaculate throughout.It was so much fun exploring the “game theme” they have throughout the house. “The house was exactly what we were looking for for our trip to Letchworth.No problems with the reservations or any other issues.Place was clean,big enough and definitely felt like we were in a safe area.Would definitely recommend or stay here again ”

“Everything went good! Was a cute little trailor. I asked last minute if my inlaws could stay as wrll and that was no problem. Make sure you bring towels and garbage bags! I also found a vape pen under out bed, no biggy i picked it up and threw it out. Im just happy i didnt bring my kifs and had them accidentally find it. Other then that nice quiet neighbourhood We walked to the public beach down the rd. Not really a beach but a nice videw to have a picnic and enjoy the peaceful river.”

“This was a dreadful Rainy week. But the stay in our cozy cabin with some local outings was exactly what we needed!! This was a beautiful scenic spot with lots of local amenities! My wife and I were on our 4th anniversary and it turned out awesome thank you! ”

"Camera ampia e confortevole, senza moquette. Prodotti da bagno validi, in dispenser. Colazione dolce e salata. Segnalo la presenza di frutta fresca, mancano però gli yogurt. Dispenser del ghiaccio a disposizione degli ospiti. Località con varie opzioni per cena."

"Motel con check-in tramite mail. Assicuratevi di avere un telefono funzionante perchè in caso di problemi dovete telefonare al gestore. Noi abbiamo dovuto chiedere aiuto ad altri ospiti per contattarlo in quanto dalle istruzioni ricevute non siamo riusciti ad entrare in camera. Detto questo il gestore è arrivato in pochi minuti e ci ha fatto accedere alla camera. "
