“I purchase a studio suite, when I checked in, they gave me a regular queen room. I explain to them that this is not the room I purchased. First the worker told me that there was nothing he could do about it since it was purchased through a third party and I needed to contact Expedia. Because the room cost more than what I paid for that's why I got the room they gave me. “I was pleasantly surprised at the clean condition and updated feeling of this small motel. The staff was super friendly and helpful, even though we arrived around 11pm. They actually called us at 9pm to make sure we were okay and on our way, all the while assuring us it would be okay for the extra late arrival. The room was very large and roomy and extremely clean. The property itself was clean and well-manicured. We were very happy with our stay. ”

“What a wonderful experience staying at the Borland House is! With the quaint, homey feeling of the whole house, to the kindness of the staff. Your stay will absolutely be lovely. Ample towels are provided for the private, spacious bathroom. Very comfortable bedding and well appointed decorations are in the bedroom. I was in the Hummingbird Suite. I could see myself living there, it just had everything I needed. I look forward to visiting again in the future!”
