“The property itself was absolutely wonderful! It was within walking distance of a wonderful restaurant and it was a very clean, quiet and updated condo. We loved it! And would definitely go back again. Our only drawback was we had to call the management five times because our code would not work for our door. They were very prompt each time in attempting to get it corrected but it did take 5 calls. ”

“Except for finding empty liquor bottles left in the drawer ( why would you leave them there anyway, so an easy over site for the cleaning crew on check in). The staff was friendly, helpful, and even found us hot cocoa packets when the lobby ran out on a cold night. The breakfast, and free tea offered daily was delicious. The room was in amazing condition, pools were cleaned well. Plus the view of the beach was amazing. ”

“Staff are rude , frown and rolls their eyes if you walk by while they are mapping the floor and if you tell them that your puppies had an accident in the hallway. Staff are lacking quality customer service , they don't smile , they won't greet you hello ! Good morning . As if they are not too happy with what they are doing. Guest are like invisibles to their eyes . The hotel itself was very nice and clean , but it's about the staff customer service that plays a huge role in a customers...
