“The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. Night staff was quite friendly on Christmas Eve. The next morning, we got confused on breakfast time and arrived a little late. Instead of just telling us, the staff ignored us, even though we were asking and curious, and just continued to take things away. Not a major issue, but direct communication could be improved!”

“Tru by Hilton in Pflugerville, TX was a very pleasant surprise stay. We stayed 15 nights over the Christmas / New Year's holidays and from customer service to housekeeping to honoring our request for a top floor room away from the ice machine / elevator - yeah this was a great place to stay in so many ways.
