“Well kept 1 bedroom lofted apartment within walking distance to many restaurants, bars, Sundance Square, shops and more. Property was clean, had all the amenities we needed and as described. Building was quiet. Scot was responsive. Parking can be a challenge. Some street options but be careful of the nearby parking lot/structures as some will charge for a 2nd day starting at 3am which we learned the hard way when we only parked for 15 hours. “When I originally booked this studio, it was because I had a family member that lived in the area and was looking for a good place to stay when I was in the area. Well I definitely found it in this cute little studio. It was stocked with everything, comfy bed, super clean and easy. Unfortunately for me I found it too late as the family member is moving, but I would still recommend!! ”
